I want to share my very disappointing experience with Fresno Lexus regarding a Lexus RX 350 SUV I was seriously interested in purchasing.
The issue was not the vehicle — it was the dishonesty and lack of professionalism from several employees involved in the process.

Service Department staff as always provided an excellent experience from sending timely service due notification to booking appointment and overall service.
The car buying process is never fun, but our salesman was very patient and courteous. My only complaint is how long it took to process the paperwork. It was also nice not to sit with a finance manager. The salesperson was able to do everything for us.
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lexus, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and completed the service right on time. The quality of work was excellent, and my car is running perfectly. We took our Lexus into Fresno Lexus for an oil change and transmission fluid exchange. Our service writer Andrew was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Our service was done in one day and they also washed our car. We were very impressed with this new location and we will return there again for any future service. Shaun was amazing to work with. I had limited time and he made sure my vehicle would be ready when I needed it. He also kept me aware of the status of the work. He was able to have, not only my service complete, but fix an issue I had that could have cost a great deal of money, but the team was able to the fix issue for a fair price. Shaun was consultative on other options, as well. Very satisfied with both Shaun and the service team.
I am always amazed that Lexus sends a driver/loaner to my house an hour away while they service my vehicle. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. Justin was great, too. He kept me updated when to expect the driver (can’t recall his name), status throughout the service, etc. When the car was ready he said that the driver wanted to wash it a second time so add twenty minutes to his ETA. The employee that always makes my visit very pleasant is Tevin Ivy. He always searches for the best price for my repairs to ease my financial pain. He's what a Lexus Representative should always be; courtesy, respectful and pays attention to my issues. The only problem I have with Lexus is the prices of parts and Labor are so astronomical that it causes a hardship for me. I love my 2007 Lexus but I don't have a Lexus financial income. sales stuff has zero knowledge of the car listed , had to educate them on difference between F sport and base model , they tried to blame carfax .Pathetic and arrogant. After I asked to see the car - they proudly told me that RX 350 had been sold . It's still listed on their website , thank you for waisting my time !!!

I had a dead battery Monday morning before work. Called AAA and got a jump. Drive straight to Lexus of Fresno and they were able to put in new battery, do service and sold me new tires😞. Customer service was great but bill was a bit high even after a few discounts.
I needed to take the car in because the drivers side rear tire had developed a slow leak. It was determined to have a small piece of metal and per the warranty I had purchased, the tire was replaced at no cost to me. The service representative was Tevin Ivy, and he kept me updated on everything from getting the car washed to when the tire was going to be replaced. Brought my 2020 RX350 for scheduled maintenance. An error had been made when scheduling the appointment on what services were necessary. Tevin Ivy immediately advised me that I would need to leave the car all day. He provided a courtesy vehicle that I could put my husband's walker in. I had a concern about opening and closing the hatch. Tevin and at least 2 other employees worked until they determined what the problem was and explained to me why I was having a problem.

Moe provided useful information about the different models. He ordered our new car and kept us informed as to when it would arrive. He has called to see if there is anything else he can do. When I was meeting with Darlene at the dealership, he popped in again to see if everything was ok.
