What’s New About The 2026 Lexus ES? 

The Lexus ES is built on the redesigned TNGA GA‑K platform that supports both hybrid and fully electric drives in Madera. Its overall length has grown by around 6.5 inches, with a 3-inch longer wheelbase, delivering more cabin space.

 

At the rear, a stunning full-width “L‑Signature” light bar merges taillight and stoplight functionality, boosting the car’s width impression and sculpted profile. 

 

Additionally, for the new model year, there are two additional powertrain options: one is a 2.5L hybrid electric system, and the other is an entirely battery-electric powerplant. Also, for the first time on the ES, enjoy a multi-link rear suspension for even smoother power delivery. See the 2026 Lexus ES specs here:
